SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service. We manufacture all of our products and adhere to producing the best products we can offer. Therefore, if you receive damaged goods, please notify us within seven days of the delivery date. Once we have been contacted accordingly we will replace your product free of charge. If you prefer a refund, the amount paid for your item (not including shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. There is no shipping cost to return the original item. After 30 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Local delivery for residence of the United States. Additional charges will apply for international deliveries. Local residents allow approximately 10 days to receive your order, and 21 days internationally.
