Once we have been contacted accordingly we will replace your product free of charge. If you prefer a refund, the amount paid for your item (not including shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method within (10) days. If you would like to exchange item for a different size. Once we have received the return, an email notification will be sent to you. We will then issue an Online Credit which can be used towards your next purchase. After (10) days of receipt of your order, and no further notification we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
